Berry Greek Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients:
1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
½ cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 tablespoons granola
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions:
In a glass or bowl, layer half of the Greek yogurt.
Add half the berries and 1 tablespoon of granola.
Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, and granola.
Drizzle with honey if desired.
Serve immediately.
Without honey
