Berry Greek Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 2 tablespoons granola

  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a glass or bowl, layer half of the Greek yogurt.

  2. Add half the berries and 1 tablespoon of granola.

  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, and granola.

  4. Drizzle with honey if desired.

  5. Serve immediately.
