PB Banana Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
½ cup 1% milk
2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
½ banana sliced
1 tsp chia seeds
Mix all ingredients, chill overnight.
Per serving: 408 cals, 27 g protein, 60 g carbs, 9 g fat, 6 g fiber
