Garlic Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry with Rice

Ingredients:
450 g chicken breast bite-size pieces
300 g broccoli florets
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 cups cooked white rice
Instructions:
Whisk soy sauce, honey, cornstarch with 2 tbsp water.
Heat oil in a large pan, cook chicken 5 to 6 min.
Add garlic and broccoli, stir 2 to 3 min, add sauce, simmer until glossy.
Serve over rice.
Macros per serving: 372 kcal, 40 g protein, 34 g carbs, 8 g fat, 2 g fiber.
