Weeknight Turkey Bean Chili

Ingredients:

1 tbsp olive oil

1 medium onion diced

1 bell pepper diced

2 cloves garlic minced

450 g lean ground turkey

1 can diced tomatoes 28 oz

1 can kidney beans drained and rinsed

2 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

salt and pepper


Instructions:

1. Sauté onion, pepper, garlic in oil 3 to 4 min.

2. Brown turkey 5 to 6 min.

3. Stir in tomatoes, beans, spices, simmer 12 to 15 min, adjust salt.

Macros per serving: 370 kcal, 31 g protein, 28 g carbs, 15 g fat, 7 g fiber.
