Turkey Lettuce Taco Cups
Ingredients:

4 oz extra-lean ground turkey

1 tsp olive oil

¼ cup black beans

¼ cup corn

2 tbsp salsa

1⁄8 avocado

6 lettuce leaves

taco seasoning

Sauté turkey with oil and seasoning. Stir in beans and corn. Spoon into lettuce, top with salsa and avocado.
