Staying Positive Every Day

Staying positive isn’t always easy, but I’ve learned that little habits make all the difference. Every day, I make a conscious effort to find joy in the small things, whether it’s enjoying a cup of coffee in peace, feeling the sun on my face, or getting a quick cuddle from my Shih-Poo. One thing that helps me is starting my day with gratitude. Even on tough mornings, I remind myself of at least three things I’m thankful for, like my growing family, my fiancé’s support, or the simple fact that I woke up with another chance to make the day count.

I also try to find moments of self-care throughout the day. Whether it’s knitting, reading, or just taking a deep breath when things feel overwhelming, these small acts help me reset and keep going. When work gets frustrating, I focus on what I can control—my attitude. I remind myself that while my job might not be forever, my resilience is. I turn on music, get lost in the rhythm of my tasks, and look forward to the future I’m building.

Most importantly, I keep my heart open to the magic in life. A little witchy wisdom never hurts, like cleansing my doorway with mint-infused water to invite positive energy into my home. I believe in setting intentions, and mine is always to embrace each day with hope, love, and the belief that better things are coming.
